We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all details are error-free. Products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Mamancy reserves the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers to maintain product freshness and quality, and while we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers or external factors are beyond our control.

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Custom tea hampers, bulk orders, and corporate gifting services require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before shipment. These orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Mamancy does not sell alcohol directly. Any mini champagne or wine add-ons offered with our hampers are sourced through approved third-party vendors that comply with all local liquor laws. Customers must be of legal drinking age to receive these items.

Mamancy is not liable for allergic reactions to our products, misuse of products, or shipping delays caused by external factors. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product in question.
